5.1 Placing Bets
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed

- Single bets, multi bets, and system bets are all accepted

5.2 Cash Out
A cash-out option may be available on selected bets during a match. The cash-out amount depends on the match's progress and current odds. If the odds change before your cash-out request is processed, the final amount may differ.
5.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension
- If an event is cancelled entirely, the bet amount will be refunded
- If an event is suspended beyond the specified time, the bet will be considered void
- Baazi365's decision is final in the event of a result change
5.4 Incorrect Odds
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Baazi365 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Payouts will not be issued for bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baazi365. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.
- Fraud & Cheating: Creating an account with false information or using another person's identity
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting to circumvent bonus requirements
- Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event
- Software Hacking: Using bots or hacking tools to exploit the platform
- Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts under the same person's name or within the same household
- Chargeback: Initiating unjustified chargebacks through a payment provider
07 Account Suspension & Closure
Baazi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
- If a suspicious transaction is detected
- At the user's own request
7.1 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. However, balances in inactive accounts are not forfeited.
7.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure
You can close your account at any time with the help of our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Closed accounts can be reopened upon request.

- Losses on live bets due to internet disconnection
- Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence
- Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways
- Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues
- Guaranteed profits or losses from betting
However, we are liable for direct financial losses caused by faults on Baazi365's own part.
